Osteria 16’s cookbooks are born from curiosity, passion, and a love of food. They aren’t made to follow strict rules, but to inspire. They are an ongoing project that intuitively gathers dishes, ideas, and stories – together forming a picture of what Osteria 16 represents. Each book grows from a genuine desire to share the joy of cooking – and to inspire others to create their own experiences in the kitchen.
EASY PASTA
Easy Pasta is our third cookbook and a playful counterpart to the first two. Inside, you’ll find 36 recipes featuring only pasta – all made with few ingredients and a simple, straightforward method. The book is full of energy and aims to inspire you to cook in the same way: easy, quick, and full of flavor.
There is also a section of sauces that makes your pasta both tastefull and easy to prepare. In addition, the book features visual collage spreads with alot of photos from our travels around Italy, as well as recommendations for restaurants we have visited.

OSTERIA 16
The first Osteria 16 cookbook brings together, for the first time, a selection of the restaurant’s classic dishes, offering a glimpse into the kitchen and its approach to food.
Created from a genuine desire to share and inspire, it is for everyone who appreciates simple Italian cooking and quality ingredients.
Beyond serving as inspiration for others, the book is also a daily tool in the restaurant when menus are planned. Developed over a long period, it reflects seasonal ingredients and is a visual journey from our search for quality ingredients all around Italy.

Osteria 16
Cookbook 2 is the natural continuation of our first book. With the same format and design, the two are conceived as a single reference work reflecting our interpretation of Italian cuisine.
In addition to a wide range of recipes – from antipasti, through pasta and secondo, to dessert – our longtime anchovy supplier from Sicily plays a visually central role in the book. The production and atmosphere of the place, along with the employees’ original oil paintings, serve as visual pauses between the book’s 80 recipes.
The two books together can also be seen as the Sicilian flag, if you like.
