Refund policy

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@o16.dk. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. When the return request is accepted, use the following link to purchase a return label: https://returpakke.dk

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over 100 DKK or 15 EUR, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

As a general rule, we consider uncollected parcels as a cancelled purchase. Therefore, the items will be returned to our location, and you will be informed that the package has been returned so you can process the refund. The return email will indicate whether the package was "not collected from pickup point" or a "cancelled purchase."

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Add-on's / Exchanges
In case you would like to include something extra in the shipment or exchange an item, e.g., for a different size, we recommend that the customer cancels/returns the order and then places a new order themselves.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
