  How long does shipping take?

  Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery within Denmark takes 3-6 business days. International delivery times vary by destination.

  What is the returns window?

  You have 100 days from delivery to return anything unused and in its original condition.

  All products are covered by a 100 day guarantee.

  Do you ship internationally?

  Yes. We ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  How do I care for my O16 products?

  Hand wash with mild soap. No items are dish washer safe. Store in a dry place. Our products are made to last a lifetime with the right care.

  My pan has discoloured, what do I do?

  Some of our products are made from uncoated aluminium. Cleaning it with stainless steel cleaners or strong alkaline products causes a dark grey discolouration, this is a surface reaction, not permanent damage.

  To restore it, boil a mix of white vinegar and water (2-3 dl) in the pan for a few minutes, let it cool, then scrub gently with a scouring pad or steel wool.

  Why is food sticking?

  Uncoated aluminium needs to be heated fully and slowly before adding food or oil. A rushed heat up is the most common cause of sticking. Once the pan is properly up to temperature, food releases easily.

  We offer a 100 day return period, no questions asked.

  To start a return, use the return function on our website. Once submitted, send the order back within the 100 day return period. Items must be in original packaging and unused. 

  For all returns, purchase a return label through your local delivery service. Local VAT and customs tariffs are the responsibility of the customer.
