SHIPPING

Once your order has been processed, please allow 1-5 business days for it to be completed and shipped. We stock in Copenhagen and ship worldwide.

Shipping rates (from Copenhagen):

  • Denmark: 59 DKK

  • EU & UK: €9.95

  • USA, Canada, Japan, Korea, Norway: €19.95

  • Australia & New Zealand: €29.95

Rates are calculated by destination. O16 is not responsible for loss, damage, or delays once an order has shipped. In some cases, we can help, contact support@o16.dk

TAXES, DUTIES & CUSTOMS

Danish VAT is applied to all orders shipped within Denmark. Orders shipped outside Denmark may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees set by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Our aluminium cookware may be subject to additional import duties in certain countries, outside of O16's control.

Customs fees are sometimes invoiced separately after delivery by the shipping carrier (e.g. FedEx). These charges are issued and collected by the carrier directly.

TRACKING

Once your order is completed and ready to ship, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order details. A separate email with tracking info follows. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking link to activate.
