Osteria 16 Cookbook No. 2 features 80 new, simple dishes made with just a few carefully selected ingredients and prepared with care. The recipes are inspired by Italian cuisine and range from antipasti, pasta, and risotto to plenty of polenta, vegetable-based dishes, and desserts. The dishes are designed for informal, family-style serving – just like at Osteria 16, the popular antipasti restaurants owned by childhood friends Morten Kaltoft and Emil Alsbo. The book’s foreword is written by Synne Rifbjerg.
