Fished in the waters off Sicily, in FAO Zone 27 VIIIc, using purse seine nets. The anchovies are filleted close to where they're caught and packed in olive oil, available in four varieties, classic, with lemon, with chilli, or with garlic and parsley. Imported directly from Italy.
