Orders ship from Copenhagen, and your dispatch day depends on when you order. The countdown on this page shows exactly when yours goes out, and you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it does.
Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days in Denmark, 2 to 5 in the EU, and 4 to 8 outside the EU.
Orders outside Denmark may meet import duties or customs fees. Those are set by your country and paid by you.

Pre-order & back-order
If your order includes a pre-order or back-order item, we ship the whole order together once everything is ready, so it arrives in one delivery.

Returns (100 days, no reason needed)
Changed your mind? Start a return from the Return link in our menu. It only takes a minute. Send items back unused, in their original packaging, with tags and protective film intact. Return shipping is yours to cover, and we refund your payment once it's back and checked. Everything comes with a 100 day right to return.
