Description

An aluminium lid with a stainless steel handle. Fits the TEGAME, CASSERUOLA, and PADELLA. Works on any pot or pan of matching diameter. Sold individually.

Material: Aluminium / stainless steel handles (99.5% pure aluminium for food contact). Spun aluminium is a soft metal. Marks from transit are normal, they don't affect the pan.

Compatibility: Induction / Gas / Fire / Oven

Care: Wash by hand (not dishwasher safe).

Note: Aluminium is susceptible to oxidation. Avoid prolonged contact with highly acidic or salted foods.

Made from aluminum just outside Milano, fitted with a stainless steel handle built to stay cool to the touch. Designed to fit any pot or pan of matching diameter, sealing in heat and moisture so a sauce reduces gently or a broth stays at a steady simmer.
