Description

A light aluminium pan with a stainless steel handle and greblon coating. Made for pasta or anything you don't want to stick, at home or in a professional kitchen. Greblon is a German non-stick technology built for repeated, demanding use. PTFE reinforced for extra heat and wear resistance. Less oil, longer performance.

Dimensions: Ø28 × H7 cm

Material: 3mm aluminium body / nickel-free stainless steel handle / Greblon non-stick coating (PTFE + PEEK). PFOA free.

Compatibility: Induction / Gas / Oven

Care: Wash by hand (not dishwasher safe).

Note: The greblon coating does not require oil or fat. Avoid metal utensils to protect the non-stick surface. Maximum cooking temperature: 250°C.
