Description

A low aluminium pan with two handles. For slow sauces, braised vegetables, and pasta dishes. At home on the stove or on the table.

Material: Aluminium / stainless steel handles (99.5% pure aluminium for food contact)

Compatibility: Induction / Gas
Care: wash by hand.

Note: Aluminium is susceptible to oxidation when in contact with highly acidic ingredients or when salt is added to cold water. Always add salt after the water reaches boiling point. Avoid prolonged contact with acidic foods. Maximum cooking temperature: 250°C.

How it's made

Made from aluminum in a workshop just outside Milano, shaped with wide, sloped sides built for searing, reducing, and bringing a sauce together. The metal spreads heat evenly from edge to edge, so nothing scorches and nothing's left undercooked. Sturdy enough for daily use, light enough to handle through a full service, and fully recyclable. Ready to serve with, prep with, cook with the day it arrives.
