Description

The same three-piece core as the LARGE set, scaled with a Ø24 pasta pan for those who prefer a more precise cook. Lids included for every piece. A considered kitchen, ready from day one.

Material: Aluminium / stainless steel handles (99.5% pure aluminium for food contact). Spun aluminium is a soft metal. Marks from transit are normal, they don't affect the pan.

Compatibility: Induction / Gas / Fire / Oven

Care: Wash by hand (not dishwasher safe).

Note: Aluminium is susceptible to oxidation when in contact with highly acidic ingredients or when salt is added to cold water. Always add salt after the water reaches boiling point. Avoid prolonged contact with acidic foods. Maximum cooking temperature: 250°C.

A workshop just outside Milano, working in aluminum for professional kitchens. The metal is chosen for how evenly it carries heat across the surface, light enough to handle through a long shift yet resistant to knocks, scratches, and corrosion. Fully recyclable and food-safe by design.
