Start a return or use your right of refund. You have 100 days, no reason needed.

Our return policy requires that items be returned unused, in their original packaging, with tags and protective film intact. If a returned package does not meet these conditions, we cannot accept it, and it can be sent back to the sender at the sender's expense.
