Shipping & Returns
We ship internationally at a flat rate of €15. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days from our warehouse in Copenhagen.
Delivery times vary by destination: 3–7 business days within Europe, 7–14 days for the rest of the world. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout for most regions. Some international orders may be subject to additional customs fees upon arrival.
We accept returns within 100 days of delivery. Products must be undamaged and in their original condition.
To arrange a return, write to hello@osteria16.dk with your order number. We will provide a return shipping address and instructions.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Common questions
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, write to hello@osteria16.dk and we will do our best to accommodate changes. Once shipped, the order cannot be modified.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
