Description

The second Osteria 16 cookbook paired with Easy Pasta. One hundred and sixteen recipes in all. Eighty Italian dishes across antipasti, pasta, risotto, polenta, pizza, bread, and desserts, plus thirty-six pasta dishes stripped back to the essentials. Few ingredients, no fuss.

Both books are softcover. Easy Pasta is available in English and Danish. Together they cover the full range of the Osteria 16 kitchen, from a quick pasta on a Tuesday to a table that runs long on a Saturday.
