Description

The larger pasta pan with its lid. Ø28 gives you the surface area for browning, searing, and tossing without crowding. The lid turns it into a covered pan for steaming and finishing.

Material: Aluminium / stainless steel handles (99.5% pure aluminium for food contact). Spun aluminium is a soft metal. Marks from transit and production are normal, they don't affect the pan.

Compatibility: Induction / Gas / Fire / Oven

Care: Wash by hand (not dishwasher safe).

Note: Aluminium is susceptible to oxidation when in contact with highly acidic ingredients or when salt is added to cold water. Always add salt after the water reaches boiling point. Avoid prolonged contact with acidic foods. Maximum cooking temperature: 250°C.
