How it's made

Born from a single strip of stainless steel on the shores of Lake Orta in northern Italy, where the same craft has been sharpened for more than fifty years. Heated, shaped, and cooled into one seamless piece, no rivets, no welds, nothing to loosen over time. The tips taper to a precise point, narrow enough to lift a single fried anchovy without crushing it. Eighteen centimetres of confidence, built to outlast the kitchen it works in.
