Description

Two low walled baking pans in the most versatile sizes, each paired with a fitted lid. The lids double as covers for storage and reheating, taking each pan from oven to table to fridge.

Material: Aluminium / stainless steel handles (99.5% pure aluminium for food contact). Spun aluminium is a soft metal. Marks from transit and production are normal, they don't affect the pan.

Compatibility: Gas / Fire / Oven

Care: Wash by hand (not dishwasher safe).

Note: Aluminium is susceptible to oxidation when in contact with highly acidic ingredients or when salt is added to cold water. Always add salt after the water reaches boiling point. Avoid prolonged contact with acidic foods. Maximum cooking temperature: 250°C.

Crafted from stainless steel in a workshop on the shores of Lake Orta, in northern Italy, with more than fifty years of specialization behind every piece. Built with a solidity made to last, using fully recyclable raw materials and clean energy from an on-site solar system.
