Description

A rectangular aluminium oven dish. For lasagna, roasting, or anything that needs even heat and a simple shape.

Dimensions: L30 × W24 × H7 cm
Material: Aluminium
Weight: 600 g
Care: wash by hand to avoid surface opacification.

Note: Aluminium is susceptible to oxidation when in contact with highly acidic ingredients or when salt is added to cold water. Always add salt after the water reaches boiling point. Avoid prolonged contact with acidic foods. Maximum cooking temperature: 250°C.
