Description

A classic aluminium saucepan with two stainless steel handles. For pasta water, broths, and simple sauces, for moving from stovetop to table.

Care: Wash by hand.

Note: Aluminium is susceptible to oxidation when in contact with highly acidic ingredients or when salt is added to cold water. Always add salt after the water reaches boiling point. Avoid prolonged contact with acidic foods. Maximum cooking temperature: 250°C.

How it's made

Made from aluminum in a workshop just outside Milano, paired with a single stainless steel handle built for long, steady use. The pure aluminum carries heat quickly and evenly, ideal for bringing pasta water to a rolling boil or letting a broth simmer slow. Light in the hand, sturdy on the stove, and made to outlast the rush of a busy kitchen.
