Description

A round aluminium dish. For cooking, baking, and serving. Or left on the table as it is. A dish one size smaller makes the perfect lid.

Material: Aluminium. Spun aluminium is a soft metal. Marks from transit are normal, they don't affect the pan.

Compatibility: Gas / Fire / Oven

Care: Wash by hand (not dishwasher safe).

Note: Aluminium is susceptible to oxidation when in contact with highly acidic ingredients or when salt is added to cold water. Always add salt after the water reaches boiling point. Avoid prolonged contact with acidic foods. Maximum cooking temperature: 250°C.
